A shovel to the collaborator

Why can't he collaborate on building hideouts? That's perfectly reasonable to me.
I really wonder why the civi got no shovel.

Because it has the medic ability and the shovel requires the repair ability. You can't have both unfortunately.

You could always just remove the medic bag and give him field dressings.

Yes, but considering how everybody else has a shovel, and he is the main healing class, I think it's not that bad how it is currently.

Oh, understood. I'm hoping for a python workaround insight on having both repairing and healing abilities, though!

Yea field dressings won't do as much good as the medic bag, besides, every insurgent has a shovel and it only takes 1 player to build.

Eeeeexelent, let us further remove the microscopic usefulness of the kit, and then we can finally be rid of it.

But really, he is the only "class" with a medic kit, I'm sure the people who still play him do so partially for that reason.
Players might be hardcoded, but that sure doesn't seem to stop anybody from trying.

i still use him to ambush people...


also, I have had people in my squad who didn't know what a collaborator was.
maybe the ROE should be displayed every now and then or when you are waiting to spawn or something like that.
