I cannot decide whether this weapon is overpowered or not. On the plus side its nice to see a game that has represented the AR with the power it deserves Ive had some great times with this weapon where I used it to try and keep the enemy's head down giving the rest of the squad the ability to close assault a position. On the other hand there have been cases where I have wiped out entire squads with impunity by just aiming in the general direction.
One thing I have noticed is that once the AR starts firing the opposing squad will start focusing their fire on him because hes easy to pick out because of the noise and tracer fire so maybe the AR isent so powerful as he seems.

On the defensive where the AR has had time to set up and cover an area it seems fair that he should be able to be as powerful as he is, however when the AR is attacking a position they should be more effective at suppressing rather than being to snipe out the defenders with the scope.

So in my opinion (whatever it may be worth) the LMG should have a much more increased deviation time - this means that the LMG is still as powerful when its been carefully set up however when an attacking AR starts engaging it means he is more likely to suppress the enemy rather than kill them and also reduce the amount of Rambo automatic riflemen.

google guy i love u. you hit the nail on the head. they r not scared of supression they just keep firing. however i disagree with the medic kit . medics r good as there r so few of them now. for example if there is only 5 squads thats only 5 medics. not enough as they r often killed just as easy as other people

now you have a problem with doubling amount of LMG, because once you request scoped one, non-scoped lies on the ground

and no u cannot flank them they see u a mile off thanks to there flipping tank lenses
i have a strong feeling that you're, 2 smoke nades- and lmg cant do anything to you, smoke from grenadier to lmg position, again he cant do anything and use terrain ffs, thats the best defence against them

the only thing i would agree is a requirement of 3-4 or even 5 people in a squad to gain it(and for other squad goodies)

dobson u r right in the fact it deserves great power but all i ask is that there is less of them. agree?

i agree with u dank apart from this one. people get killed but where is the skill of aiming when AR is used
