sniper kit

Post by sharpshootertrig »

hi all, i only play pr once in a while because my pc is **** and runs on 512 mb ram, but i play it at my friends and families houses. I love sniping and im pretty good at it, i relay intel to squads and commanders, and take out important targets, and i work with a spotter whenever i can, so i think i have a solution to sniper problems. we keep snipers, but we make wind a factor, and then we get a new spotter class in which has a scope that calculates wind, thus making a spotter vital to the sniper. It should be a rule for sniper team to give intel and this rule should be posted on server info and in games, if the rules are not obeyed then the player is kicked. its a thought, and i would like to hear your responses. thanks =) ps this is the best game in the world, dont ruin it by taking the sniper kit away

You mean PR2? I'd imagine they'd try to do that. But that'll take quite a few years to be released (if it's released - I hope for the best :) )

If it's possible in the BF2 engine, I don't see why we can't implement it into PR. After trying that mod out, it is pretty amazing that you can adjust your scope to zero in a certain amount of meters. I even saw the ghillie suits rendering from over 800 meters away.
