The thing is you are meant to search for the topic to see if its been talked about before. If it has there is no reason to talk about it any more or bump it since it has been done and dusted.
Saying "I might have a way to make this work" with nothing more is a useless comment on its own. If he has a way of getting weapon jamming to work then he should make a new topic in the community modding forums about it in detail and not "I might be able to get this to work"...

Ok well as i said if u read a little further i am going to post in the community modding forum. I am away from my computer that has BF2 on it so i can't post any real info until i am back too it. It needs more work aswell and im not going to post it untill i think it is fairly good. Otherwise i will get shut down for not doing it right... most likely by you Rhino lol.
You can change the statement from "i might have a way to make this work" too "i do have a way for this to work but i am unsure if it will fit into PR at its current level of development"

TRue, no offense, Hangman, but while at least you bumped the right thread, if you don't post what your idea is then it's as useless as this OP:
Yes i understand that McLuv and Rhino but i am not willing to post it until more work is done. If i post it without any work (just as an idea), someone else may claim it and i don't want that.
Not that im being a selfish git but i've put a good few hours into it and i don't want it to be wasted.

HangMan, if you post a thread in the community modding forums and actually continually work on it and update the thread, I think you will find that the DEVs will be able to help you along your way, and that it isn't very likely for someone to 'steal' your work, especially if you are updating it as-you-go.
