The FN SCAR is only in use by US Navy S.E.A.Ls which PR does not represent. They represent grunts on the frontline not Special Forces behind it. Whoever is using the FN SCAR right now, that's their own business. Except for one individual who has posted a review that was linked into the Mil Tech forum a while back.
