Donate and get your name on the list I guess ;) Or ask an admin to switch you back. Usually they dont make a fuss about it.

Some days ago I asked an Admin (Himalde I think).
He said they cannot switch, just serverowners can. So if there is no *RR*-Guy online your screwed.

Whoever you spoke to was wrong. All admins on the RT servers can, and will switch clan mates to be on the same team. We usually do it before we are even asked, and we also have a large number of clan tags in the auto-balance list ( If anyone else wants their tags to be added, then let me know )

I asked if there was a Server Admin on and all I got was silence.

Anyway how do we get Tags onto the list?

We will work out a way to get the clan tags and such working in the near future. I'll make sure I get a PM to you Levesly. Thanks for bringing this up

No problem Wilkinson.

We are always using your server and I'm glad to see you've gone another one up. it would be nice to see alot more Mumble enforced servers out there because the standard of team play does increase - true you do still get the odd smaktard etc but those are in very rare cases.

The server is great and I like to play on it,

But the server has some admins which are really power-abusive and immature.
They especially have a itchy kick-finger when there's a lot of global-chatting going on during a game. A few days back I got kicked for chatspam, even though I wasn't spamming. There was just a conversation going on over the global chat.

there are forums for random chat, i would also assume you was warned for it as previously done in this situation.

The admins are in really huge discussions on the RT forums on various rules/admin techniques.

There are about 5 RT admins who are fantastic, and the rest are ok/can get a bit meh.

But! if you join the RT xfire group (see. sig) and message an RT admin via xfire, there is a 99.9% probaility they will sort out the problem for you, be it a troubling player or a clanmate needing a switcharoo.

Agree with NyteMyre. PR is also great to say a few words to someone you havent seen in a while since you dont know his Xfire or hes not on the forums every day!

I also think its a bit bad that admins go like: SHUT UP! Im playing when something needs doing! You signed up for this dude! You knew when you signed up you needed to alt-tab and drag people to channels or help them out with stuff.

/not all admins do this, just a few just like Rudd says. Anyway I'll have a look over at the forums and see if this also has been mentioned.

EDIT: Cant seem to find it. But I overall agree with nytemyre and rudd. Some of them seem to power hungry and eager to push to button. Doing Zero Tolerance on a random dude, while giving members who play/pay a lot more room to breath.

Ive hardly played on the server for the last few weeks, but the problems mentioned have been noticed and are already being discussed.

The server will not be admined in such a harsh way in future, and it was never intended to be like that in the first place.

at the same time, when an admin deems that there is too much chatspam in chat, and asks that its stops - it should. Admins are the same as God ingame, if an admin tells you do something in an administrative capacity...YOU DO IT.

You cut the chat spam/you stop talking out of game/you stop baseraping/whatever. No ifs, no buts. You do it or suffer wrath of admin. The best servers all have this kind of admin style, when I was admining iGi (btw, I'm not a RT admin) if you didn't immediate stop the offending activity, I'd just !k stop, those that whined were told to go to the forum, if they continued whining !k whiner.

agreed with rudd as well.

personally i dont like random chats on global channel... its okay if you didnt see that person in a while or wahtever and just saying hey, but having an extended (longer than 2 minute) conversation on chat is just annoying for the other 60 players on the server that are focused on playing...

So although chatting is fine, I think if an admin says okay enough with the spam, and you continue, then I agree with kicks/bans, for disobeying admins...

Of course its also up to the admins to make sure there is plenty of warnings before breaking out the ban stick.

Rudd, I know, I do that and I agree with you. Your playing in someone's "house" so you conform to there rules. . I think its just a shame that people arent allowed to at least say 5 lines of text to each other.

I dont kick for people having the occasional chit chat but when im playing PR and then ive got constant blue and red text about whats the best graphics card to buy it gets to taking the mick.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, or addressed, but I played in the INS EU server today, and there was no teamswitching. After 3 rounds of insurgents I needed to get out of there.

Otherwise, great servers, better players. The community is the best part, everyone takes it upon themselves to show up most maturity (for the most part...) the teamwork is unparalleled in pub play.

keep up the good work!

The RT servers are the best by far. 64 players (or close to 64 atlest) on mumble is awesome!
