Multiplay has already patched their servers

It's only really common practice for server companies to auto patch BF2 ranked servers, as we all know that the unranked are usually 95% of the time used for mods, but, big companies seem to forget who their money comes from sometimes.

Unfortunately for PR server admins that isn't totally true. There are hundreds of unranked vBF2 servers mostly owned by clans such as ourselves for matches and ESL gathers. It's annoying but about 90% of their customers probably just see it as a good effort saving service. Everyone involved must make sure to lodge a complaint or support ticket and pursue it; you won't get far unless the problem is shown to be bigger than Multiplay or other companies believe it to be.

Surely if you have a contract with them and there not providing whats in the contract you can sue them?

Costs way too much unfortunately, so not really worth it.

We moved our Insurgency server to another box, and it is back up and running for those looking to play Insurgency.

Been with them for 6 years and spent thousands for their services. Instant Xfire/AIM support, and within 15 minutes of sending a ticket to un-patch our VOIP server it was done. Unranked (PR) servers are not patched unless you want to, and even then all you need to do is hit the button in your cpanel.
