Well i see this brought up with teh 'zoom' on the iron sites. Here is what i have to say. For the peripheral vision being too good: We sit a bit from the monitor and When looking where the scope is while playing a game like RO with the scope on we focus on that part of the screen, which actually blurs the screen from your eye focusing on that part of the monitor. Its not exactly the same as Depth-of-Field focus, but its pretty similar. So that nulls that view.
As far as people complaing about the zoom feature on iron sites, i dont believe we all sit with teh monitor 1mm from our faces. So that equals out too. You have to remember that when we look at screenshots, its not the same as playing the game.
