Yea delta force 1 was awesome online, until that cheat went around where you can jump 3,000 feet in the air and shoot 300 grenades out of the m230 ruined it lol remember that? My friend has a shitty computer and he plays DF2 online. Its amazing how many people still play that old game. Yelling "come here sweetcheeks" or whatever it says before slicing someones throat never gets old lol!

This is my opinion of that game: its bad, very, very bad. The graphics are awful (and I usually dont have a problem with bad graphics), it doesnt matter if you are standing, crouching, prone, running or jumping in the air, your M82A1/M4/MP5SD5/M40A1/M249 shoot more or less in a perfectly straght line to the exact middle of your cross hairs. And recoil and muzzle flip have exactly 0 effect. you can happily empty 200 rounds from your SAW on full auto and have them hit virtually the same spot.
The AI is god awful.
I can honestly say that I would never recomend either delta force 1 or 2 (i have not played any of the others) to anyone. Ever.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Delta Force 1 was the first FPS I ever played online and it was amazing. Yeah it wasn't realistic, but the gameplay was superb. And of course it didn't have all the fancy recoil and shit, the game came out in 1999 FFS. I always used the 203 cause back then all I had was a 28.8kbps modem and I lagged too bad to actually shoot someone. I played all the way through to Joint Ops where I finally quit. For single player, which the poll says it's for, I would definitely give my vote to OFP. I can't wait until Armed Assault comes out, it'll probably be byebye BF2.
