ye, the current basrah is still good to play etc, really good map :)

Problem with 4km maps and citys is that 4km terrain really dose not mix too well with buildings, unless the city is 100% flat or more or less that, since any deviation in terrain you need a huge area to do that then you need to also make enough room for the terrain LODS. I had enough problems with Muttrah's scale 2 terrain and terrain LODs etc. Thou if the map was made on the grid which for the most part basrah looks to be, then you can get away with it more but still, not easy to work with.

I think this is a very good idea, especially since (correct me if I'm wrong) the PR Devs can just pull any models from AF or EU without violating the terms of the Battlefield 2 license. That clover leaf in Al Basrah would look awesome. :D

On that note fuzzhead, id like to congratulate you (and all the modders) on the countless hours of joy, pain, humor, drama, sex (dont ask), remorse, and action that we feel and experience when playing on maps that you dipped your hands into. Its as if we are experiencing life when we play, and for that, we love you.
