Overheating video card?

After playing a kashan game, ive had the screen go all weard, like the picture above ive taken from google. but with all kind of groofy colors instead of black xD

what should i do?

That kind of distortion and artifacts are indicative of a heating problem. I would suggest going to online computer retailers and trying to find a graphics card heatsink/fan that fits your card and purchase it. If you already have one make sure it is attached properly and that there is not an abundance/lack of thermal paste. If you already have one and its properly installed you could try pointing a fan into your case or some other quasi-effective means of cooling or get another graphics card.

Around 100,- euros soon, i think ill wait for skicamp for school (wich i cant join becouse of bad knee) so i get 100 euro's instead from my parents. so i could buy a new vid card and have a proper game instead of skiing

Looking at the specs Arjan provided so far, I'd say a GTX 275 is way overkill.

Do you happen to know what case you got? (or how many and what size fans there are in the case) I myself got two 7600GS' in SLI and although they tend to get a little bit warm (~70 degrees) I am able to keep them cool with just 2 12cm fans.

P.S. If you're going to buy a new gfx card, buy it from either Azerty or Salland, since they're one of the cheapest.
You should be able to get a HD4850 for that money.

I assume you aim at a pricedrop for the current HD48XX series? Because you won't get a HD5850/5870 for $100,-

If you decide to keep the GS, make sure you aren't overclocking it, also many of the 7600 cards don't have much if any memory cooling. My advice is to keep it as part of a 2nd machine so you have a spare machine to sit your mate down at when they come round to play PR.

You might get some benefit re-coating the heatsink with compound, or fitting some memory cooler passive heatsinks to the memory chips.

Sometimes these heating issues can be power-related and can be indicative of a degraded PSU.
