Should FBs be easier to place inside structures?

I would vote no. FB should be in open fields, or hill tops. Having them there would have a clear tactical advantage because in open areas, the enemy will have no cover and the FB will have a clear kill zone in the approach. I would vote yes to add more assets to a the FB, if you have played ARMA2, you know how they setup fire bases in that game.
