Create Stickies of Popular Topics

I think we're all getting tired of people posting about insta-prone, class changes or giving anti-tank a assualt rifle. I think it would greatly benifit everyone if the DEVs made a series of stickies on the issues, with there current position on that issue. Any future discussion would take place in the appropraite sticky and the DEVs could post updates on the issues in the topic. The first post having the most currently updated stance of the DEVs.

There should also be a sticky with stuff thats not going to change. (e.g. crosshairs, kill confirm mesages)

Possible issues:
- insta prone
- antitank sidearm
- support class
- class structure in general
- HUD (minimap, friendly tags etc.)
- and on and on

Hrm .. yeah .. good idea .. could use a FAQ with "issues that have been beaten to death" section heh.

If anyone feels like tossing a decent FAQ together we can sticky it.
