OK, i know what your thinking, another noob who is posting an impossibile project.

But i ask you: Is it really impossibile?

The problem is that its a plane and a helicopter. I dont know if it is possibile to get this concept into the game, but it would be very realistic for maps like kashan. The US Army and the Marines still use it.

Rhino;909284']Now onto my final point, I mentioned before the Ch-46 Sea Knight was being replaced by the V-22 in the future. Well as it happens PR has a V-22 model from the RC mod that gave it to us when they shut down. I can not say it is the best model etc ever but its ingame and it works. All it would need for it to be used in PR is really a bunch of coding tweaks etc, so your probably asking now, why do PR not use this? Well the answer to that is simple as its the last one, no maps for it, and where size is a issue for the CH-46 size is a even bigger issue for the V-22 because it has a much higher top speed and it is much bigger meaning LZs are much harder to come by. I mean, its a struggle to land it on the roof of one of thous huge T apartment buildings.



now that shot is from a REALLY big WIP of muttrah where I was looking at the possibility, that was in the 17th of September 2007 according to the dates on the image.

basically, they have it, but there are no 4x4km maps with the USMC. For it to be brought in, a map would have to be made. Before everyone else says it, you would have to make the map yourself.

Yes, thats true, the Osprey would only make sense on a 4x4km map.

But unfortunately i'm no mapper...

OK anyway great job PRT, for getting this one into the game.
