I've just run an ASOG (Project Reality Tournament) practice. It ran from about 2000GMT till 2330 GMT with about 30-35 guys there. Normally, finding a server to support us running this practice would have been impossible and even if I had, ping might have been bad etc. So basically I'd planned just to send the companies pubing but instead was able to use a dedicated server to train my guys. Now this sounds like a very bad media buy but I really want to thank USM for their help here. Spyder set me up with BF2CC before hand and I ran one of my best practises yet.
Now I know some of you guys have had bad experiences in the past etc but every instance has more or less boiled down to miscommunication somewhere down the line and I really think that after all that stuffm it is important to just say thanks to USM for their help - their server was fast, stable and the USM members were helpful.
On top of this USM donated a very sizeable amount to the PR collection for the EFX sound mod and have tried to run training days for PR.
So basically - players get on the USM server and thanks USM and keep working!!
