Insurgents should heal from the weapon cache

Being shot as an insurgent makes us run towards the Bluefor in suicide attacks. Nobody plays collaborator. Is this really realistic? Sure, it has probably happen at some occasions in real life, but i guess most soldiers wants to live, even the insurgents. With PR:s aim to make players behave like real soldiers I dont see how forcing wounded insurgents to useless attacks at overwhelming forces is realistic. Then again I have never been to Iraq so what do I know..
