Voip cant understand

I recently restalled XP and downloaded all the required drivers and what not. I have a Dell Vostro 200. And it worked perfectly fine before i did a reformat and reinstal

In Vent when i talk people can hear me fine if maybe a bit not loud eneugh but as soon as i get to PR and Voip people say im completly incomprehensalbe ''garbled'' ''shitiest mike ever (yes u on the the UK kashan server :razz: ) I got a logitech mike and headset

Try a Zalman microphone (not a headset) it just costs about 6 Euros and works good.

But it's most likely not a problem with his mic if it works fine in Vent.


You can try going into your BF2 folder and run the BF2VoiceSetup tool to see if it picks up the mic properly out of the game.

Ok it does not pickup my mic, Witch is wiered cause it used to work and works on vent now

again
directx....
go to "RUN" o and write "Dxdiag" , hit OK in the first window
then go to Sound1 .. then put the bar of hardware Sound Acceleration in "Basic"

that should do the work!!!!!!

ok put dxdiag to basic and still they cant understand me on voip and it does not acknowledge me talking with the voip setup thing

lets try the next

*check if the drivers of the onboard card works or reinstall them..
*try to record something from your mic
*open the mic channel and talk, if you hear your voice in your headset it shouldbe fine
*and last but never the lesssssss check if the mic is connected to the motherboard :D !
