PR_SP Desktop start up error

PR_SP Desktop start up error

For some unknown satanic reason when i click on the PR_SP.exe shortcut the comp instantly tells me there is a error with PR_SP and wont start, I only run a XP any ideas? :confused:

Please post the error message and your system specs.
