exporting to .3ds or .obj often crates lots of errors, such as the loss of smoothing groups or some smoothing groups getting corrupt and lots of things like that.Wilkinson wrote:He Could always just export as an .3ds or .obj file? Its FAR better for everyone to be working on the same version of max, hence why we all are working with max 9, apart from katarn who insists to work with max9 SP2 which has problems exporting to bf2, but luckily normal max9 can still open max9 SP2 files, so chuc ends up having to export all of katarns stuff
