Steam messing things up with pr.exe?

Ok...so I've followed all the directions from separate forum posts regarding the pr.exe problem. Mine still isn't working and I'm wondering if this is due to the fact that i purchased and installed via steam. I bought the complete package deal for 29.99 or something. and got the core file and level file via filefront.

target = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" +modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +widescreen +szx 1440 +szy 900

start in = "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\"

I have it running as admin and i'm still getting the same message telling me to adjust my shortcuts.

Any thoughts?

Forgot the 'start'
A few have posted having problems with PR.exe and steam
target should be = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" start+modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +widescreen 1 +szx 1440 +szy 900

The default path for BF2 (from EA)and PR is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr
So you could make a EA GAMES folder in side of Program Files (x86)
And copy the BF2 folder inside it.
target would be = "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" start+modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +widescreen 1 +szx 1440 +szy 900

Compatibility mode to xp and run as admin not set in desktop shortcut on Vista PCs
Right click shortcut
choose 'properties' from bottom of list
Click on the Compatibility 'tab'(along the top of the window)
Check 'run as admin' box, select WINDOWS XP(service pack 2

hmm still not working....guess i'll try making an EA folder and copying everything to there
