There is indeed NO bear model & animation which plays when anyone walks into a certain small area of field on the other side of the map. Not on asad khal and definately not on Quinling or any other map.

There are no flushable toilets on Kashan, or on Kozelsk.

probably harder to spot in the qinling terrain + that qinling is huuuge.

i doubt they name it bear.sprite or whatever. i'd probably find some way to include it with the birds, but less common.

There are fish that jump in the water on ghost train, and there is a hidden underground lair on Ramiel which is a great place to kick back and relax while you take a break from searching for Bluefor/Insurgents/Caches.
