It's all pretty reasonable judgement in my view. I think there was too little focus on starting from the bottom up and getting some active ladders going, and basically every match that was played resulted in some kind of disagreement. Things can start again but I really it must be soon because it's a long time since the original PRL site went down due to inactivity.

One of the PRL added me to MSN some months ago. Haven't heard from them. I'd happily work on the site's forum backend. There's a decent ladder system for vBulletin, if someone's willing to buy hosting, domain and a vB licence!
