Shavid, what happend to the dream were both the US Army & MEC were allowed planes on a training server .. Will that dream ever come online again :razz

Today on the insurgency server I was/banned kicked for 2 minutes for a locked 2man squad, that was an asset squad (apc) while no other squads were using/had squad names after this asset. There were also other locked 2 man squads and a 1 man, but they did not get kicked. Also this this came without even a warning! or being asked to unlock the squad.
After this and being deliberately TK'd by UKWF members I think im going to avoid this server from now on.

It would seem that some of the admins are flawed... and can be mini hitlers...

I'm not sure Elektro I'm afraid that the chances are unlikely,
Hitman if your going to make claims like that please substantiate them, I'm not saying your wrong but If your making a complaint then at least give me something to go on so i can try and solve the problem instead of throwing mud around.

Yes Qinling yesterday was fantastic best game ive ever had on that map It lasted around 1 hour and 15 mins ... China won with 170 some thing tickets but its not that much when you remember they had 600 at the start

Nice to see you on the forums Oli, Realplay their was a problem with the servers crashing the other day every time a member on the reserved slot list tried to join due to a problem in the coding however we managed to fix it, theirs a few other things to iron out but it should for the most part be stable.

Yes agreed, with certain Admins behaving in such a way (i've experienced it, admins joing my squad and using abusive laguage etc etc) the server will become increasingly unpopular, they are shooting themselves in the foot by giving admin rights to imature egotistic people. My clan will be playing this server less and less unless this issue is resolved. STOP TKING AND ASSET WASTAGE AND WARN FOR MINOR INFRINGMENTS THATS IT, dont get petty.

Well yes, but this server is always populated. Perhaps people prefer to join servers that they see has already got 40+ players. Who wants to join an empty one anyway?
What you describe isn't exactly a new thing and yet this is the most popular server.

An absolute ruler who governs without restrictions.

I would venture to argue that tyrannical in the above definition might apply, at least to the server that I have been entrusted with (Insurgency). UKWF has always had and always will have an absolute zero tolerance policy for bull**** and if people can't handle the rules or their enforcement, they shouldn't play there.

It's fine to mess around sometimes and goof off, but racism, repeated foul language, intentional TKs, SQ before 1:30, etc. will earn you a kick and/or ban.

The people who come to play on UKWF servers enjoy playing on them because we rule with an iron fist, as opposed to other servers where it's basically a free for all with no regard to the rules unless an admins gameplay is affected.

Obviously mistakes happen along the way and none of our admins and members are perfect, but we try to rectify these mistakes as much as possible by lifting bans and disciplining members when necessary.

Some people prefer a server where the rules aren't as strictly enforced and it's more of an FFA atmosphere, others prefer a server where admins constantly enforce the rules and demand teamwork; we run the latter.

So here i was, driving around in an apc with Viklund on "UK warfare's reality server" and all of a sudden when we get around the bend there's a Tank waiting for us.

Hold, BACK UP!! i yell while i see the turret turning around taking aim on us. Boom the first one misses but we are backing to slow. BABOOM the second shot hits us straight on and everything turns black.....

And all of a sudden i read in the chat window, XXXXXXXXXXX (admin) says: "!K syncmeister for soloing"

WTF??? Just before that Viklund gets kicked for soloing??

So i rejoin the server and ask why we got kicked for soloing when we where in a squad named armor and driving an apc.

The answer i get is :"our server our rules"

Glad you like the rules, and yes when you report we try and deal with it asap, even if we are not able to deal with it at the time, everything that is typed in game is logged and therefore it is helpful for us when trying to search for players that have been reported.

The Admin in Question was not aware of you being kicked by an accident (Which incidentally it was.) Which is why he typed up what he did. It is up to an admin how a server is run and as one of the other players on at the time posted, "you got kicked, once, because of a misunderstanding, get over it.[COLOR]

If you do feel you have been genuinely mistreated (Jesus it was a kick!) then you are free to submit a ticket on our forums which will be reviewed by a 3rd party.

yeah i've been playing there for quite a while and this is the first time i get treated like this. It sure surprised me.

We are after all only human, mistakes happen. Getting kicked isn't the end of the world after all.
