Is it possible to make it to where hats can not kill hovering choppers? I would not think they would do that in real life.

I think that would be something great and new to add to the mix

As to HAT sniping, so long as the target is within range of the launcher and then it shouldn't be a problem. It's quite easy in PR since helicopters are limited in efficiency to remaining stationary when firing from any distance, so it's quite easy to time it.
I dont know if you guys are right with fireing a hat against a chopper. As i see in many vids u have to look on the target. So for me its not ok that the hat guys can do something thats not proofed, and the choppers must life with with all the missing things...
