one quick question about the BF2 editor version. i am using 1.3 right now...is there any new/updated version out yet? or something like that...if so would you please tell me and a link would be perfect thank you

As far as I understand, 1.3 is the latest version of the editor.

Theres nothing about it to update. Everything works fine, and BF2 won't make any more money if they update it.
