BSOD on playing?

I have just DL'ed your mod and it's fantastic but I am getting BSOD when loading maps sometimes.
I am using a corei7 920 with GTX295, 6GB RAM and windows 7 ultimate.
I have run the RAM through memtest and it passes and my motherboard is an EVGA classified that I know has no problems.
My PSU is a tagan piperock 1100w and this is the only game that does this.
I am using latest drivers on GPU and soundcard.
I am also getting flickering shadows on textures.
