voip issues

hello all.


voip works fine for sometimes 20 seconds to 5 minutes and then just stops working all together. this means i cant communicate or hear what anyone else is saying. i have tried port forwarding like another thread said to do, quit teamspeak, rebooted and also tried setting up the voip again. also made the audio file for my profile read only. im out of ideas and all of the fixes i have found havent changed anything.

any help on this would be great.

A new reinstall of bf2 might be your best option tbh.
Is ur mic ok on TS/Vent/mumble ?

sorry, forgot to say that i uninstalled and reinstalled.

mic works fine on teamspeak, vent, l4d and css.

must be a bf2 voip issue then not ur mic ??: Unistall bf2 again and then use CCleaner to get rid of all files then restart comp and install again.

did as you said. it worked for around 1 minute then shut off again

On ccleaner did you use the button "scan for issues" ?
