I was wondering if the engine can handle giving your squad members two different markers... this would make splitting your squad into fire teams much easier, and subsequently make bounding fire and flanking more natural.
Also what about being able to apply different name tag colors in the 3d game world? So you can know where your fireteam is, but can also see the names of the rest of your squad highlighted.

I'd rather not have more magic markers tbh. They ruin the immersion.

I think for planning this is a great idea, like the times when you’re not under fire and you say ok open your maps, were going to go here, over watch here, then move here, but not in the hud, I think that dam move mark or crosshair gets in the way as it is, I also feel the move markers in the hud should be removed to give more emphasis on the campus and squad communications.
