sniper scope bug

ok, i love playing pr, and i love sniping on it, but when i look down the scope of any marksman or snipers rifle, the crosshairs screw up, and its getting on my nerves. thanks for reading and please reply. ps loving the game, best game eva made

Im not sure if its the same thing hes talking about, but when i zoom with the PLA sniper during the zoom process my FPS drops significantly(10-15) and when the zooming is over it gooes back to normal(60-70).

Same thing happens to me when I zoom in any sniper rifle, plus the M21 and that PLA marksman.
