"Squad Sniper" Over Designated Marksman

Well in my opinion Snipers should be in designated two man Sniper squads only, and the marksman should be in a squad. Sniper needs to hold still 8 secs if you wanna good shot by that time you are dead, Snipers are not for 4-6 man squads, thats what marksman is for.

I think the marksman doesnt really fill a needed niche in PR anymore. The new LMGs with scopes in particular far outclass the marksman rifles in lethality and have practically made them obsolete, the scoped rifleman kits can pretty much match the marksman's rate of fire, and the sniper is just all around more accurate.
