Chinese Basrah

Ok, just now i was playing basrah. the irons of my medic kit were weird.....like every time i looked through them they stopped.

like i zoom into ironsights and then it zooms me out!!!!

i was wondering, i did have 300 ping in that server (it was chinese basrah map) but im wondering if its a bug. if its not just move it to another section. is there a fix for this?

That usually happens when you're lagging intensely in games (some worse than others), is the server always ~300ms? Were you(/other local users) downloading anything at the time?

Just asking because 300ms sounds low to me if it's just the distance between you and the server, as I don't get that issue even on 500ms Russian servers.

People complain about BF2's hit detection quite a bit but I think the net code works relatively well at compensating for high pings.

I play ~220-240ms... when it goes up to 300 I do lag like hell... weird.

Probably Sunset city. I used to get awful lag on that map once in 0.609, but otherwise it was the least demanding map in PR for me.
