Hey guys reinstalling PR on a friends PC, but i need a quick answer before i waste 1-3 hours downloading levels file.
Does anyone know if the three links to U.S. servers for levels client are still corrupted?

Use torrents.
Why? By using torrents you are helping other people who want the same file and it is much more reliable, you have a much lower chance of getting a corrupt download compared to downloading through firefox or internet explorer on a mirror, It can sometimes be faster also.
How? Download "Bittorrent" Get BitTorrent | BitTorrent
once your bittorrent is downloaded next you need to just download the torrent which will let you obtain the file. Here is the PR levels torrent: http://files.realitymod.com/bt/pr_0874_levels_setup.exe.torrent
What is a torrent? A torrent is a (usually small) file that your torrent client, such as bittorent uses to find "Seeders" to download the file from.
The people who already have the file are called "Seeders" they upload the file to you, there can be thousands of them which is the case with the PR levels last time I checked. So all of those "Seeders" are uploading constantly while "Peers" download it.
