PR mumble won't run

I have the normal version of Mumble, which works fine, but PR mumble just won't run at all, it trys to start loading up, but then nothing happens.

Anyone had a similar problem or have any ideas?

I have winXP 32, amd X4 cpu, asus mobo.

Edit: Fixed, was dxoverrider not allowing it to run.
