To 162:

-The main transport vehicles are the Pinzgauer and L-80

-For the tiuna there are lots of variations but i think you can use the humvee model but with heavy re-skin, but im not sure about the anti-air model, it is way to different, one of the variations use the RBS 70


-I dont have details for the VE-Nilangal because is a new project and im not sure about the purchase of the RPG-7

To Wilkinson:

-Standard knife and bayonet, when i find out (WIFO) i will post the info

-The grenade, im pretty sure about they use the Mk 2 Grenade

-For the granadier kit, WIFO

-No scopes for the AK´s

-Yep we have iglas

i forgot to post the shotgun, it is the CAVIM Soberana Calibre 12 (.:[CAVIM]:.) or you can use the Mossberg 590 Calibre 12 because they are similar

One thing about the Transport choppers:

-In the National Guard the main chopper is the B-412, in the Army is the MI-17 and MI-26, Hueys are use in a minimal proportion and the cougars are maintly for VIP transport

I still need some info about the uniforms because the main uniform is the "Patriota" is Olive Green uniform, but i dont know about the uniform use in the borders and selvatic enviroment

El ministro de la Defensa suscribió, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, un convenio con la Federación de Rusia para la adquisición de 100 mil fusiles de asalto Kalashnikov AK-103. La negociación alcanza los 54 millones de dólares para la adquisición de 100 mil fusiles AK-103, 2 mil manuales de uso, calibradores, correas de fusiles, bayonetas y cargadores. El primer lote de 28 mil fusiles llegará al país en octubre, la segunda entrega se hará en diciembre con 35 mil piezas y para el mes de marzo del 2006 llegará el resto de la compra. El precio del fusil es de 386 dólares con 22 centavos por unidad, y cada uno incluye cuatro cargadores con capacidad de 30 cartuchos y 120 cartuchos por fusil. La negociación prevé, además, un simulador de tiro para el entrenamiento, la transferencia tecnológica y la capacitación de 45 efectivos venezolanos en Rusia. Una comisión técnica rusa evaluará las instalaciones metalmecánicas de la Compañía Anónima Venezolana de Industrias Militares (Cavim) para el ensamblaje de los fusiles en el país.

The defense minister signed on behalf of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, an agreement with Russia for the purchase of 100 thousand Kalashnikov assault rifle AK-103. The negotiation reaches $ 54 million for the purchase of 100 thousand AK-103, 2 thousand manuals, gauges, belts, bayonets and magazines. OK. About the RPG-7, that was just some info read on militaryphotos.net with a parade picture of soldiers carrying RPG-7, but IIRC they didn't look like regular infantry, much more like guerrilleros or militians. For now, an upgraded warhead Carl Gustav M-3 would suffice as HAT (Australian mod team is working on it I think).


Just to add more awesome expectations : Venezuelan Mi-35M (note the 4-pylons wings and double-barrelled 23mm gun). This has to be in PR ^^

No scopes for AKs? That's sad, even the chechens have scopes in PR.

I wonder how a conventional force would fare without them? Especially on a map somewhat like Kashan, Muttrah and so forth.

I think the lack of scopes should be compensated with a spawnable marksman kit.

It's only been 3 weeks since you said you'd be out of the loop for several months, abandoning the Venezuelan Army. Are you back now, all of a sudden?

I think for you it's best to work on small projects for a while.

I strongly advise everyone to put your talent into existing comfacs first, before another community faction is created. We have a lot of comfacs and I'm sure your talents would be very much appreciated there.

So, I say "no" to this project. It's just not going to happen, not at this moment anyways.

Yet they are all BLUFORs. Who will they fight. The VAF would be up against the dutch marines due to come out with the DAF if I am correct and the Brazilian Armed Forces. That is 2 teams.

And no worries. I am working with the PSC and Norwegians as well. Probably more than this by ten fold

There's ARF and FARC in the making, both offer a whole new theatre and many "blufor" factions could fight those, or one of the already existing factions. It's not that I don't ever want to see them ingame, but at this moment it's much better to focus on factions that are already in the making.
