6000 Second spawn time

i recently installed 0874 and SP 0.87
it was running fine for about a day playing PR SP.
then i joined a server online on PR MP
then i got a 6000 second spawn time on everything PR & PR SP from 1st join or round begining.

i reinstalled BF2 and patches as ordered, and still having the same issue only in PR & PR SP

order of install:

1 BF2
2 BF2 Special forces
3 1.41 Patch
4 1.50 patch
5 PR 0.874 core
6 PR 0.874 Levels
7 PR SP 0.87 core
8 PR SP 0.87 Levels

am i missing anything or what could i do to correct this issue

Pc Specs
XP pro service pack 3 updated til 10/20/09
intel 3.0GHZ 800FSB
2GB DDR Dual Channel
Nvidia Gforce 6200 256mb on current drivers updated last 10/20/09
Cmedia intergrated audio
200gb primary
1Tb Secondary

Change to a different KIT , eg Rifleman.
Can only spawn with other kits when your in a squad of 2 and if you aint squad leader you cant have officer kit.
