Faster draw time on Epipen
it feels kinda pointless to have a CPR animation to pop the players back out of the ground so they can slide a few feet down the hill and get stuck again while im pulling out my epipen.

I'm no expert, but I feel the whole medic system in general is wrong.
You should have to resuscitate no matter what.
IMO it should be;
1. Resuscitate downed player (should take circa 5 seconds - similar to shovel, click and hold for continual chest massage thing) This then brings the player into a conscious state, and removes body from any terrain or objects
2. Administer Epinephrine which stabilises patient to ~50% health
3. Apply field dressings to bring player to 100% health

Re: Faster draw time on Epipen
I would love to see the two parts combined on the epipen animation:
The hands would go through the hand pumping motion, moving the player from an stuck position and then go right into the epipen animation which could be made quicker to avoid missing the slide. This could allow for a longer revive time while still making it possible to revive players on slopes easier.
Obviously I have no idea if they can do the pump+revive with weapon slot.

It is pretty annoying to be unable to revive someone because they get stuck in a hill every time you use the CPR on them. If they could put both on one weapon that would be awesome

@Burton ... +1
Resuscitate hmmm, isnt that what resuscitate means? hmmm...
However, It might be hardcoded in the case of epipens to get the player back to only 50%. If this is the case you might be seeing players getting stabbed twice to get them back to full health, not quite good for gameplay or realistic.

Resuscitate is a feature in-game that allows players to moved 'glitched' boddies that are stuck on terrain, not much more than that.
I dont see the epipen draw time as an issue, as I see it as a representation of doing more than just getting out the pen. Lets not forget the soldier has to shoulder his rifle, put the smoke grenade back into storage or stop whatever he is doing. Lets not forget that he has to then find and manage these fiddly little pens in what is potentially a combat situation.

I don't believe you can have 2 actions with one weapon so you can't have resesitate and then revive in the one slot. Also this is only for moving glitched bodies. Medic system is being revised anyway so this entire thing might be changed. Though i do think the body push needs to be about 50% more, sometimes it just is to far stuck.
if you miss him... try, try again

Re: Faster draw time on Epipen
I support this suggestion. It's just ridiculous when you have to CPR someone all the way down a hill because he gets stuck again and again after he slides for a second or two.
You guys have to remember that the whole medic system is just there for game play reasons and has nothing to with realism. In this case it's actually just only a suggestion to get around an annoying BF2 engine bug.

Well Burton, of course the medic in PR is unrealistic, but its a Reality vs Gameplay issue.
The point is this is that during a firefight, you cant afford to CPR the guy the whole way down the hill. I'm not asking for a change to get an advantage, im asking for a workaround for a glitch in the BF2 engine. the change wouldnt have to be much, but just enought so that after you bounce the body out of the environment, you hit 6 and draw the epipen and immediatly stab, all before the body gets stuck again.
