Grapic card

Sometimes when I start the computer the graphic card fan goes full force, and nothing happens, the computer don`t start, the screen is black.
I don't know if it's something with the card or motherboard, the PSU is sufficient enough to power the card.

you could maybe try resetting the BIOS settings by removing and putting back the cmos battery (the big round one). also, arent there any other fans running or any signs of activity except from the gfx?
