If you could give us a screenshot of your PR servers you are trying to connect to, if you list by those that are most populated, that should allow us to compare.
Also, what speed ADSL / Cable are you connecting as, also what is your connection-setting configured as in-game?
Is your ping still poor when connecting to an AUS. server? Or is it so bad i.e. over 1000 that you drop off servers completely.
Also, describe what else is running while you are playing PR, along with how you connect to your local router? In other-words are you using a network cable or wifi?
