Weird Black dots.

Well here is the issue I recently reinstalled BF2 and PR I am currently running 1.5 patch for BF2 and .874 for PR.
These have all been installed in the proper order.
I have also cleared the cache to get the shaders to re optimize this has not fixed the issue.
I currently have a Radeon 3850, P4 3.2 1.5GB Ram. I am running Direct X 9.0C and I am compelety lost on what could be causing this.
My current system runs Far Cry 2 on all high, so it isn't a performance issue or overheating issue. Any ideas?
