Odd shift problem

It seems that i'm having a odd shift problem with my computer. I have tried with multiple keyboards and it happens on all of them.

Every time i press the right shift key on my keyboard and then enter a key while holding it, that shift key seems to want to stick. It only unsticks if i press the other shift key. It also only sticks if i press another key that types something after it. so if i press Shift + F it will make all my keys capital, but it i press Shift then F no capitals are produced.

Can anybody help? this is more of a problem of typing comfortable then a real tech problem.

Hold shift for 5 seconds and choose to disable sticky keys is my initial thought.
