wrong, i fire the SAW mostly from crouched/standing instead of prone and its still as accurate when standing.

Been using both weapons and they have their pros, though LMG tends to be bit TOO Accurate at the standing state, compared to the DM kit..
At most i can hit a target up to 200m distance with DM at crouch / standing state.
Prone.. No probs up to 700m, especially if it's the M21/M14 SWS (cant recall which one was in the game :P )

Hopefully the 0.9 readjusts the "best" deviation state in DM's standing / crouch stance.. At least in the latter would be preferred if one can't have both.

Only DM kit in the mod i cant hit a **** with is the SVD... the scope is just so.. Useless, should i say?
Even ACOG / scoped RM kit's scopes have better sights for long range take down shots.

I personally feel that the deviation only needs to increased a TINY bit, to be able to make the LMG as a suppresion weapon, as it should be used. At the moment you would be using the LMG for most long ranged fighting, when really at long ranged it would be suppresion. (Am i right? Im guessing I am :P )

The one and only advantage of the DMR is that you don't have tracers, and that you don't have a beastly sound which sometimes will give you away.

Just the opposite for me. Cant hit a guy 100M away with M24 but can snipe snipers with SVD.

LMG is a much more flexible weapon, but I think that the marksman rifle is a quicker weapon to kill if your target is at a distance and you're stationary. They're weapons for different situations.

That's true for me too. I can make great kills with DMR, but I can't hit a standing enemy on the dam from the hills overlooking the dam in Jabar.

Yes, of course they have different roles. I just felt like I had to say something about people calling the saw aoutsniper. On Ejod desert I had 0 kills by the time the marksman had 5, as enemies just got away. On Jabal I had the most kills in the squad with the Marksman rifle and everybody in the squad was doing good.

I hobe they do not nerf the saw some more. The prone accuracy already got nerfed after the scopes has been added. Before the update I would shoot at pixels not sure if I hit them to later see my kill counter go up.

The SAW will be nerfed with more deviation and less damage in the upcoming patch, because it doesn't fit the goals of PR.
