[Request] minor map changes

hey! I was looking after setting some events in my community, and I needed some minor map modifications. I can do the vehicle changes on my own with notepad, but I simply can't do/don't know how to modify some other stuff, such as kit limitations, spawn delays and game layers.

IF YOU COULD DO ANY SINGLE MAP of these I propose I would be most grateful, and my community as well.

I want the changes to be server side only. I don't want to have my players downloading anything new, since that would mean less players in the events.

the changes are:

for sniper night:
qin ling:
on one of the teams (dont mind which one):
-no limits on sniper kit number
-every other kit removed if posible (but officer)
on the other team: no special kits. only spawn is main base. no other flags.

for zombie night:
jabal:
MEC spawn delay= 0 (zombies)
MEC tickets = 9999
indestructible spawnpoint in the lower side of the dam for MEC
MEC layer: jabal dam and surroundings (300m around the spawnpoint should be enough)
USMC layer: essex and a path to reach the dam. 300m around the dam as well.

muttrah city 2:
MEC spawn delay= 0 (zombies)
MEC tickets = 9999
USMC spawn points: one in the castle, one in the helipads in the essex
MEC layer: main base, castle and surroundings (100m around the castle should be enough)
USMC layer: essex and a path to reach the castle. 200m around the castle as well.

op. archer:
spawn delay for insurgents= 0 (zombies)
indestructible spawn point for insurgents in the castle.
MEC layer 200m around the castle
USMC layer around opbase and a path to castle

op. barracuda:
PLA spawn delay= 0 (zombies)
PLA tickets = 9999
only PLA spawnpoint: indestructible spawn point in the lowest point of the silo.
PLA layer 200m around the spawnpoint

come on nobody can help us with this? it should be like 10min to do each map..
