When I go to desktop while playing to do whatever, my system sometimes crashes to the blue scree as well as when I'm playing for a while. I don't know what the code is since the mo restarts right after the crash. Also, some times I'll get random lag for like 2-3 min when I have like 40ping and I have TWC roadrunner btw, standard 10mb download.
I was researching and saw that the new BF 1.5 patch has allowed BF to use more than 2gigs. So I'm thinking this might be the problem but with 2gigs it should be plenty for BF2 since that is all I really play.
Another idea might be that I'm bottle necking my system or the video card is not good enough for BF2 but I kinda doubt that.
Maybe a dual core is what I need?
Anyway, if someone could kindly point me in the right direction, I'd truly appreciate it
