New Monitor, game CTD after entering server...

So I got a new monitor (Dell u2410 24") and I have it in dual screen mode with another 20" samsung. Everything works great, I started up PR (On the DELL only as my main display) and changed the resolution settings, restarted the game, and joined a server. At first, the floor of the map I joined was all see through. I used to get this with anti aliasing settings sometimes for some reason. I reset, and it went away, but now I crash to desktop when I load into a server. It sits for 15 sec then CTD's.

So I thought I would take it out of dual screen mode in my Nvidia Control panel (Im not in dual screen, like both the same picture, I was in panning mode, where I can drag stuff over to the extra monitor) so I take it off, and start PR back up, but now the resolution is completely off, and I can only see the top left corner of the screen, and I cant select any options in the menus, so I alt/tab down, and my desktop is in this same fuked up resolution ****. cant change it at all. So I have to restart my computer.

WTF is wrong?
