i love this server, i hardly ever have lag, the no armour and attack helis is great, and mostly all the time i found great squads for teamplay.

Just wanted to say that I love your server. So sweet with no tanks, attack heli's and so. However I would love to see some more jungle maps... :D

Thanks. 8)

The only real jungle map is Jungle Fever which is a fairly horrible map so we won't be putting that on i'm afraid.

Nice server and makes a change with no armour / attack helis. Would like to see a longer map rotation (Wake 2006 - no armour / planes - would rock!!).
Also, have you considered running small maps for the off peak times, 16 player maps would be a lovely lunch time treat :)

Good to see more positive comments about our server. Even with the ole footy on the server has been full for a few days now. If anyone has trouble getting on, don't forget we are still recruiting, so if you fancy becoming a member of iGi please go to http://www.imgoingin.co.uk/forums and post in the recruitment section and you will get priority access to our server. :)

I'll add a no armour/attack heli's/planes Wake tomorrow and see how it plays. 8) Could be good.

As for running smaller maps at off peak times, good idea, but the problem is we don't have any admins on then so it wouldn't work. :(

Its worth giving a few maps from vanilla a chance with no attack helos or Armour, honestly, I can't get enough.

There are becoming a few regulars on the server that are all about teamplay. The lack of armour/attack choppers just drives away the vehicle whores and your left with the selfless pilots (mostly) that fly troops into strategic positions then get out of there.

Squads are forced to move in a full team providing cover at all times, smoke is used for cover, a static team covers every angle. THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!!!

I'll stop now before I go on all night, more servers should definately consider going no armour/attack helos. Its such a refreshing change and suits PRMM down to the ground.

We used to run Mashtuur but took it off as we'd obviously played so much in vanilla so were a bit sick of it. We've added Sharqi back onto the rotation. There aren't that many vanilla maps that work well with no armour though.

You just need to edit the server files. There is a thread about how to do it somewhere within the Server Admin forum. Have a search...

Did a search for "no armor" and "no armour" (Does that mean there's no hotdogs? ;) ) but I found nothing that tells you how to do it... anyone got a link?

I have no idea what you are talking about. Armour hotdogs. WTF?

And yes i'm well aware you guys spell armour 'wrong'. :-D

Edit: Just googled it. I see Armour are a food producer known for hotdogs in the US. Being from Europe i'd never have got this as we don't get that product here.

Yeah - although i was always a big fan on Gloryhoundzs (but due to being a european player) i spend more time on IGI with its sub 70ns connection. You are spot on about the quality of the pilots and good teamwork- I played a game a few days back that was simply wonderfull, our squad leader (candyshop owner or something similar) was class and we won a couple of rounds in style.
