Add an RPG-29

It would not be hard to make, and it would be a realistic replacement for the RPG 7 on Russian, and sometimes Chechen side. Maybe even the Insurgents would get one, but it would respawn like every 30-45 minutes. The reason I asked for this is because the RPG-29 can get some kills on a coalition tank/apc in one or two well placed shots. It would be like a HAT, but with ironsights.

The [R-DEV]s have made something to the effect of "RPG Tandem Warhead," so I would suppose these are equivalents, but you never know, this may be in the works.
