PR runs on wrong monitor

Hello again.
I am currently using two monitors and to be able to play PR, I have to unplug my second monitor from the graphics card, start PR, load in a map, and then plug it back in. (thread)

However, after I updated from Win7 RC 32bit to Win7 64bit, I've had problems. I still have to unplug the second monitor for the graphics to work, but when I plug it back in, the game jumps to that one (the second monitor).
