T-72 SABOT VS TOW Humvee
I was on EJOD Desert with my tank, I was gunner, had a ~32 ping. I saw the Tow Humvee, he didn't. I fired FIVE sabots in it, both of us were stationary, and nothing happened. 3 shots landed on the fron windshield and the last two on the bonnet/hood.And i'm a good gunner, i can kill it even if its moving. Finally i put a heat in it and it was kaput. Still the thing was very anoying, i observed this since 0.87.

Yeah, there's some weird things that happen when you use armor peircing rounds instead of HEAT on soft targets.Bazul14 wrote:I was on EJOD Desert with my tank, I was gunner, had a ~32 ping. I once got three direct hits on a Blackhawk on Kashan, and it flew away, not even smoking.
Armor peircing is only good against tanks and APCs, and terrible against anything else.

Issue has been fixed for next release (Tank rounds vs Bullet Proof Glass, and a few other materials, damage was messed up).
Thanks for posting.

Do rounds and missles still go through canopies on the com trucks?
