MG deploying, but not getting accuracy bonus?

I've normally not had any problems with the MG, but I started up PR, and for some reason, despite being prone, deployed, and zoomed in, with a good 30 second wait of not moving, i still get accuracy shown in this pic (Each hole in the wall was done after a 30 second wait)

The wall was 3 metres away, and the hill behind was 106.

Tried this with both the m249 and china's AR, and both of them were equally innacurate.

maybe It was just a glitch or Did u start shooting the second u deployed it cuz then you have to give it time it get accurate

as i said, i didn't touch mym ouse or keyboard for 30 seconds or more before trying those shots.
