Removing the M197's spool up time

Searching the forums didn't yield any results, so my search-fu must be weak.

So how about removing spool up time from the Cobra's cannon? It doesn't quite fit with the Project Reality theme, since it is not very realistic for a Gatling type weapon to spool up before being able to fire.

FYI this has been removed in Combined Arms, apparently. When the new version comes out I'll test it out and report back here.
